As you cycle up and down mountains, not only a lot of energy gets consumed, but also a lot of muscle damage happens as the body tries to adjust to the task. On my first ride to Munsyari I clearly remember how completely helpless I felt on the third day, only to realise later on as that I was not taking adequate nutrition which was my body needed.

There after, ride after ride I have fine tuned my nutrition intake while on the ride. So now I have a simple and sorted plan for nutrition which works for me. The same plan, with the required food and drink items will be supplied to you during the ride, at no extra charge. So, you dont need to worry about bringing your own.
